Refund.

I booked a tour through them for me and my colleagues for March 2020.but due to covid 19 it ws rescheduled to a new proposed date.of which could nt go due work commitment i discussed everything with them they then promised to book us for the next available trip which never happened.i asked if there ws a possibility of refund? They said yes nd all i needed to do we to provide them with proof of payment nd banking details which I did till this day all i get is excuse after there other or my messages gets completely ignored.i have emails nd messages to support my statement.
