Account on arrears

TSL Legal was appointed by Vodacom to handle a case against me, which was an account that is on arrears and had to be paid. Currently that case is now with ***** Disputes as it was confirmed that certain items were taken under my account but without my consent/ authority. TSL Legal keeps calling and sending emails which l find threatening even after l have stipulated that the case is being handled by *****s Disputes.
