TSONGA Worst quality shoes ever!

Highly disappointed in this brand! First of all, its supposed to be a luxuary brand. I had 2 pairs of leather boots that I've had for quite some time. The only problem is, the soles of these shoes disintegrate or crack. The first experience I had was during covid. I sent them for resoling. Tsonga RUINED my shoes and couldn't wear it again. 5 years later, I have the same issue with resoling. The only difference is, resoling now cost R600 vs the previous R300. No guarantee from the manufacturer that my shoes will be as-good-as-new. The advice from the Brooklyn Shop assistant was, "We are currently on sale, perhaps buy a new pair" My response: "I will never buy another pair of Tsongas in my life again"

In an attempt to get my boots fixed from a haberdashery, I was told its not fixable. Imagine my surprise when I saw 4 other pairs of Tsongas lying on there counter. This brand is a ****.
