<p>I took my phone samsung galaxy s7 edge in for a screen repair on the 25th of November 2016 i waited for 3 weeks for the parts to arrive when the part arrived they phoned me and said "that the front speaker is also broken and that dont have parts"i said ill will ask the insurance and i will email them an answer. I emailed tts and said they must please order the part for me. From that day i have never heard from tts again. I send an email asking has it been order no reply, i send them an email about they're poor service no answer. From the day i got my phone back it has not been the same it got all slow and they didnt even properly close the back side of the phone thus meaning that the phone is getting full of dust inside! I pay so much for samsung products and this is the after sale service i get pathetic!</p>
