On the 22nd December 2025 I took my Dyson V8 cordless vacuum cleaner to Tudortech as it was not working and is like new as it has hardly been used Their technical department was closed , which is to be expected this time of year, but what was worrying I was told from now on Dyson support will only be available in Cape Town the Johannesburg office is closing, if I want my Dyson fixed they will courier it at a cost of R400 and another R400 to send it back, regardless whether they fix it or not For a top market product like Dyson the service support is shocking, I will never buy Dyson again as there is just no after service, which is important Carol Plunkett
