Aftercare service is the worse ever. I bought a Dyson V11 still under warranty. I have phoned and emailed numerous times as the red handle on the bin broke. I was promised a new bin, but I am basically still waiting, and every time there are no responses or poor responses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COMPANIES THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE A DECENT AFTER- SALES SUPPORT SERVICE.
