Aftercare service is the worse ever. I bought a Dyson V11 still under warranty. I have phoned and emailed numerous times as the red handle on the bin broke. I was promised a new bin, but I am basically still waiting, and every time there are no responses or poor responses. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COMPANIES THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE A DECENT AFTER- SALES SUPPORT SERVICE.
Firstly the airline i googled came up, i didn't read the small print saying eDreams.co.za. I book my tickets- all ok BUT when I wanted to change my return date, I got the run around. I tried 3 to 4 x, but no help. I was told to call the airline, who said eDreams should help with changing the dates. NB: PLEASE CHECK THE SMALL PRINT OR BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE BY UNKNOWN eDreams THAT QUIETLY ***** YOUR BUSINESS BUT CAN'T HELP THEREAFTER. MY REAL RATING: 0 stars

I am very disappointed with booking.com. They advertised chalets for about R4900. When i reserved and went to pay, I was was told i will be paying about R7500. I queried the matter on a chat with Maohomed, and he told me to pay , and then he will deal with the matter and ended our chat. I have not received any reply since, and the next day the price on the chalets had gone up to R7200. BEWARE BOOKING. COM. I dealt with them for many years and never bothered to check, but i did feel that once i paid more than the original price, but ignored it.. Please be careful 🙏
