This is the biggest mistake i have made in my life to by turbo's from this company, Turbo Direct. After purchasing two Turbo's for my BMW the one proved to be faulty. as per their invoice i returned the turbo in its original packaging within two days to get a new one as the one they gave me was leaking oil. There excuse was that they do not have another turbo to give me and it would take 3 weeks to get a replacement from their supplier. After explaining to them i cant sit without my vehicle for 3 weeks they must refund me to purchase another turbo they said they cant refund me as they have to do a warranty claim. After leaving SEVERAL messages for the Managing Director ,Chris to call me back no response. So i decided to visit them to speak to Chris, but to no avail even after telling them i will wait he was just never available. Needless to say they never even attempted to test the Turbo to give me feedback. i ended up taking them to court to get my money back and they are contesting it. So heads up anybody wanting to use Turbo Direct, I suggest you spend your money where company's actually care for there customers and not rip them off. Absolutely, poor service and appalling management from an MD who runs away from problems instead of looking after his customers.
