WARNING – My Experience with Turf Wood Projekts / Coster S. Magumise I am sharing this to protect others. I paid Turf Wood Projekts a deposit of R8,000 upfront for materials and work that was promised within a specific timeframe. After payment: • There were constant excuses and delays. • Only about one-third of the materials were delivered. • I was then asked for more money to continue. • After that, communication became inconsistent and eventually stopped. At this point, I have paid R8,000 and have nothing to show for it except a few wooden planks and a long list of broken promises. In my experience, this business required a large upfront deposit, failed to deliver as agreed, requested additional funds, and then disappeared. If you are considering working with them: ⚠️ Do not pay large deposits upfront. ⚠️ Insist on a proper written contract. ⚠️ Verify references thoroughly. I am now taking formal steps to recover my money. Please be careful.

So disappointed in the service I received! On Facebook they call themselves Turf Wood Projekts and on Instagram they are Turf Projekts. In August 2024, I ordered a TV stand, which was delivered with a fault - the colour was wrong and I was promised that it will be fixed. After months of empty promises and failed delivery deadlines - including a recent promise for delivery a week ago - I still haven’t received my stand or received proper communication. I was then told that they will resolve the situation with the employee who handled the order at personal capacity within 24 hours and the 24 hours was on Thursday. It didn’t help that I saw my stand being sold by a different associated company. The most frustrating part is that my messages aren’t responded to or when I get response after a lifetime, it doesn’t yield any resolution. This is unacceptable. I am escalating this to every consumer protection platform I can and warning others to be cautious. Consumers deserve honesty and professionalism - something I have sadly not received at all! And I will also post this complaint in all online platforms because my previous complaints have been ignored
