The consultant you’ll always speak is David I don’t know if it was my luck or if he’s the only support consultant. He is very impatient, far from helpful and gets frustrated with you for asking for help and says one needs to get VPN to be able to play them games. I got different VPNs trying to play their games and it still failed. He would leave the chat when it suited him and would not apologise for his behaviour.
