TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT ALLOCATE IT TO MY CASINO ACCOUNT

DONT USE THIS SITE!!! I deposited money, the money left my account but didn't reflect on their site. I emailed proof of payment to them and they told me the deposit was 'declined'. They wont accept my proof of payment?????

I asked how do I escalate my query as the money has left my account and they need to allocate it or refund me..... No reply. No one is interested in resolving my complaint.
