I have been trying now for more than a month to get someone from this company to respond to me. I called initially and was told that they are at a trade show and could not help me, I should log my fault on their website under the Warranty tab. This was done near the end of May, well today is almost the end of June and not a single call, email response nothing. I have tried a number of times to call and eventually got hold of someone called Chris who may as well have not responded because he doesn't really care about my problem. I have been told in various whatsapp messages that the parts to replace the broken parts have been sent or will be sent, but nothing has materialized.
So what is my problem with the Tusk Explorer canopy? Well mine is now around 33 months old, the thing is supposed to be made of stainless steel but is rusting like a tin can and the hinge system they use, which is a flexible rubber moulding has rotted away and the back door of my canopy has fallen off. So imagine my surprise when I was stopped by someone to tell me my canopy door is falling off. The fun part is that I can now no longer use the canopy as nothing is secure.
Want to buy a canopy, please do not buy this junk.......
