I am extremely disappointed with Tusk Signs—their staff, management, and especially the owner's attitude. Despite sending my design to three different staff members, all of them failed to execute it correctly, resulting in branding errors.
When I followed up to have their mistake corrected, they instructed my client to return the vehicle for rebranding on Friday. Shockingly, even though the error was entirely theirs, they still charged my client an additional R450. To make matters worse, they repeated the same mistake, once again sending the vehicle off with missing branding. We are still waiting for a refund, yet the owner claims he is "too busy" to make things right.
I personally visited their premises to resolve the issue, yet the manager remained on a phone call instead of assisting me. It was clear that her phone was more important than addressing a frustrated customer.
Hoping for accountability, I then reached out to the owner, only to be met with complete indifference and an unprofessional attitude. His dismissive and rude response made it clear that customer satisfaction and his company’s reputation mean nothing to him. While they eventually sent the missing branding, the entire experience was unacceptable.
If Tusk Signs continues to operate with such negligence—failing to take responsibility for their mistakes and disregarding basic customer service—it’s only a matter of time before they lose the trust of their clients.
