The service at Eastcape Midlands College is so unprofessional!! I registered in 2023 for second semester, however every time I would go there to collect my text books it’s either the guy who is responsible to distribute textbooks is not at work or he went home early and no one is doing anything about his behaviour, I made the Campus manager aware of the situation and he didn’t do anything about it (emails as proof)

Now that happened until I got a job in September I went there again to inform them about the changes and seeked advice as to what can be done, they told me to deregister I did all the process (emails as proof) until today no one has reponded to my emails nor return my calls

I called head office because Mr Botha and Mrs Brenda did not respond to my email, a lady called Noluvuyo at head office said their systems were down she took my details she said she will get back to me that was last week!!

No response until today I kept on calling them and no one is responding!!

All I want to to deregister and get my money back

The college is in Kariega Eastern Cape!!
