Hi The service at Eastcape Midlands College is so unprofessional!! I registered in 2023 for second semester, however every time I would go there to collect my text books it’s either the guy who is responsible to distribute textbooks is not at work or he went home early and no one is doing anything about his behaviour, I made the Campus manager aware of the situation and he didn’t do anything about it (emails as proof) Now that happened until I got a job in September I went there again to inform them about the changes and seeked advice as to what can be done, they told me to deregister I did all the process (emails as proof) until today no one has reponded to my emails nor return my calls I called head office because Mr Botha and Mrs Brenda did not respond to my email, a lady called Noluvuyo at head office said their systems were down she took my details she said she will get back to me that was last week!! No response until today I kept on calling them and no one is responding!! All I want to to deregister and get my money back The college is in Kariega Eastern Cape!!
I am disgusted with Vodacom at this point. I have wireless with them and in August i called to advise them that im relocating end August therefore i reqire services of a Technician to assist with relocation of an Antena. And i was refered to "Account Mananger" by the name Vincent Mnyameni whom at the begining completely ingnored mt phone calls and emails and i came to this platform to complain and i then received a call from him and he advised that 5k is required from me to relocate the Antena (mind you. All this is within 5km redious) basically i was moving houses within the same neigborhood. To anyone who has moved you would know how expensive that is and having an unexpected expense and this economy just 5k was redicilous. Vincent then came up with an option that they can amortized the 5k over 24ms included in my existing instalment and i agreed and that has been a struggle. I moved in August and i have not been using the wifi but i have been paying all thse months. Just begining of October Vincent then says he been waiting for the comercial team to help with this and apparently he been "waiting" gor them since and in that process its been back and forth with Vincent and around the 13th Oct he went awol and disappared and ignored my emails. The last email he sent said he was travelling and he will respond later that and he been responding till to today. And i have been emailing and he been ingonoring. And i decided to call the call center and i spoke to Wilson Dlamin who said will get answers from Vincent and call me and he called me once to say he will call me again amd that was the 1st. Now this month i have decided not to pay until this is resolved. Coz its grosly unfair that i pay for something that im not using. I request that Vodacom amortized my relocation or YOU GUYS CANCELL THE DEAL WITH NO COST COZ I WAS WILL WILLING TO PAY AND YOU GUYS ARE FAILING TO ASSIST ME. MY NUMBER IS 079 452 7371 . I placed an order on the 20th @MR PRICE online and they said my order will be ready today I went to the store @Greenacres gave the the order or reff number they did not see my order I waited and waited I am soo ****ed off because they are suppose to put orders that will be fetched on a certain date aside and the main reason why I ordered on line is because I am 6months preg I CANNOT AFFORD TO STAND ON THE LONG LINES
