Appalling service
Was in a car accident with one on TWF clients from Alpla who they had helped rent out a car from Europcar car, this happened in November 2023 and Europcar car sent an invoice ti TWF in December, to date that invoice has not been paid and my car not fixed, I have made follow ups which have not produced any substantial feedback... all I'm told is that we will look into it but nothing gets done.

After thorough investigation I was informed that TWF was never part of the dispute. You were informed on 18 February to follow up with Jester at ALPLA as all invoices were processed and sent to him.
The dispute is between you and ALPLA.
