Do not recommend

I will not be returning. My dog was left bleeding and is visibly uncomfortable. Given the R460 grooming fee and the effort of traveling from Roodepoort to ensure the best care, I expected a higher standard of service.

The attached photos show both front paws, with the left front paw injured at the nail bed—not just the nail itself- and severely bruised. My dog has already been through a lot health-wise, and this was the last thing we needed, especially after paying for what should have been exceptional care.
