I will not be returning. My dog was left bleeding and is visibly uncomfortable. Given the R460 grooming fee and the effort of traveling from Roodepoort to ensure the best care, I expected a higher standard of service. The attached photos show both front paws, with the left front paw injured at the nail bed—not just the nail itself- and severely bruised. My dog has already been through a lot health-wise, and this was the last thing we needed, especially after paying for what should have been exceptional care.

I have been taking my Poodel to this palour for around 7 years now and have never had to cancel an appointment. Today I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and the person that answered my call, proceeded to ask me "Do you know that there is a cancellation fee in our Terms and Conditions". Well, I was taken aback with this. Firstly there is no contract been signed with "Terms and Conditions", secondly how about having a little empathy "Becky", and treating your customers a little differently. I am rather shocked at the customer service. I must add though Carmen is the best person working there, and is always polite and kind. I'm seriously thinking of finding a groomer that shows a little more respect to people when emergencies occur.

DO NOT SUPPORT TWISKERS IN BRYANSTON HOBART CENTRE I refer to The review of the unhappy customer with Twisted Whiskers Pet Deli - Hobart I had the same experience there last week Saturday - same bad attitude by the owner I made an arrangement with the owner nearly a year ago that I can go into the grooming room with my small yorkie because she get panic attacks if she is on her own and then she cant breath. The owner also gave permission then to the the manager who was there at that stage (the managers change a lot) that I can go in with her. Last week Saturday the owner was also not interested in listening and was so rude - she also chased me out of the shop while the yorkie was not even finish with the grooming. Also after 10 minutes asked the groomer why he wasnt finish with the grooming. She treated the staff very bad in front of the customers If she keep on banning clients - one of these days there will be nobody left
