Twisted whiskers Ferndale hurt my 🐕 dog

Ferndale Randburg Twisted Whiskers pet grooming is denying they snipped my Pekekgnise neck. My pekegnise male whom we have had for 8 years has NEVER has an oozing sore. We reiterated to the pets store that they must be very gentle with him.as he is blind and he has a lump on his head neck area. Today we took the dogs for a walk and noticed a yellow oozing puss coming from the exact spot I asked them not to cut. They deny everything

I called them to explain the situation, the lady referred it to the branch manager who had not seen photos or witnessed the dog and refused and denied it was them based on NO evidence seen.

I then got this message from them after I said I would report them. Their words we " we not paying anything" so their interest is money not the pets. All my rights remain reserved
