Aggressive attitude towards the elderly. No remorse for people who swear at the elderly. Wants my 75 year old father to meet her privately and intimidate him without my consent. She sends me graphic threatening emails. She is unprofessional, cannot spell and is aggressive, demanding, unethical and rude and does not obey the Popi act 2021. She threatened me at 8pm last night my rights remain reserved
MONTE CASINO FOURWAYS CITY LODGE COMPLAINT: ON WITKOPPEN ROAD. I want this message to be sent to the Head of City Lodge. Not the head or manager at Monte Fourways as she is against me. I have been to that specific lodge at least 10 times or more and even took my kids for Christmas breakfast last year. I spent alot of money there but in the past few year and a half I had picked up their standard of " living conditions" was not up to standard. I had given them.complimenta for a great stay in the past and I have complained about these certain matters too:. It's my rights to do so. 1. Air conditioning does not work. If you switch iit off, the room gets ice cold and you cannot open a window due to excessive noise. 2. Poor air quality again in 2021.i have email proof. 3. Safety boxes not working at all in all the rooms I was in. 4. Toilets not working, I had to move rooms recently when I booked in on a Saturday the 27th August 2022 at 2am, I noticed the toilet didn't work and they charged R4000 for a filthy room which I saw a bed bug on, a broken toilet a broken safe box and bad air conditioning. I got so ill I was at the doctor that Sunday morning with infections all over my body, still now. Photos are available upon request. I contacted the manager as she knows me well. Her words to me were " I will refund you 1 night). Although strictly speaking it was 1 day) but her words to me were " on condition you are never allowed ever in our city lodge again". To me this is so unacceptable and so unprofessional. Firstly I saw more issues like hair on the toilets seats and bath on 2 occassions. I didn't report it. HOW ON EARTH CAN A WELL.KNOWN HOTEL.DENY A GUEST because she complained about valid issues and the manager denied them. If this is the case, why did they come to my bathroom at room. 466 and see it was clogged and moved me to room 477? Which was also clogged? All safes were not working and one of your staff gladly accepted chips ans chocolates from the machine on my money too. Why was new bedding requested for the bed bug ibsaw crawling on it? I am being punished to save their reputation when I supported thrm.with so much money. All my rigjtts remain reserved and I am very disappointed in City Lodge Fourways.

I wanted to state onnrecord that I have a regular doctor at this NHC. I am.always unable to see him because he doesn't work weekends and was on leave. On Sunday I went to see a doctor *** who was so rude to me. Inwent in for a severe allergic reaction caused by stress. 1. He shouted so loud at me and was rude and obnoxious 2. He denied I had a splenectomy 3 times when I had to assure him I did have one 45 years ago 3. He refused to give me a vitamin b Injection ( fo4 nerves). 4. He said you don't tell me what you want I give tou what I want. 5. He screamed at me asking who is my doctor who gave me an antibiotic when k travelled to USA. 6. Just blatantly rude and refused my medicine which if tou stop can give you a heart attack . 7. He went against the popi act disrespecting private patient information. He discussed my telephone conversation with my doctor which I did not agree to. Thr whole NHC group at Bryanston management said it was better to remind me R1000 but that I MAY NEVER ATTEND THERE EVER. I am disappointed in this group my rigjts remain reserved. All 3 doctors were unethical.
I went to Sorbet in Hyde Park Dunkeld centre about a few weeks ago. They did my nails and hair at the same time. There was a regular customer who came in after me. A huge fight started because one of the ladies who works there took the hairdryer near her leg/ bag. The customer got so mad she screamed and swore ontop of her voice, she hit the nail worker and swore at her so aggressively. I felt so sorry for this lady. The customer was out of control as everyone was scared. What was good about this sorbet is that the manager came to me and gave me a glass of champagne to relax and a free treatment. That was a very kind gesture of her. Sad that customers hit sorbet staff. That was unacceptable. 5 stars for Dunkeld Johannesburg Sorbet. You did a great nail job and my hair looked great for the USA. THANKS SORBET DUNKELD FOR HANDLING THIS SITUATION WITH RESPECT. XX
Fraud behavior between two telkers using my checkers card illegally at Pineslopes checkers fourways today at around 11am. I was standing at the till ***x took my card and swiped our transaction of groceries, then she asked for it again and gave to another teller *** which I do gave both names of. She illegally took my card and swiped a man's groceries so he could get a discount on his food of approx R30 and I took notice and Said no this is fraud. I called management which I fo have her name and the man who took my card for his benefit started to swear at me and get aggressive. I Saud I would record him and he said go ahead do I have a recording of him. He shouted at me but this is my card. The two tellers just stood there in shock because they know they could have given him his own card there st the till but illegally took my card to swipe. The manager did handle it well but no action was taken against both 2 tellers. I have a recording and names of all parties if needed. The way the man shouted at me, in my opinion the security guard should have escorted him out as I could have been harmed and that customer should be banned as I gave attended that specific checkers or 15 yesrs or more
New gees appliance repairs in Lombard east care here and we're aggressive and took R1500 cash without giving me a receipt. The lady Bronwyn called me " whatever you on drugs" she refused to give me a cash invoice and the owners details. I highly not to recommend this appliance Co. My rigjts are reserved. Their name changes from New Gees to New Geeeees
Ferndale Randburg Twisted Whiskers pet grooming is denying they snipped my Pekekgnise neck. My pekegnise male whom we have had for 8 years has NEVER has an oozing sore. We reiterated to the pets store that they must be very gentle with him.as he is blind and he has a lump on his head neck area. Today we took the dogs for a walk and noticed a yellow oozing puss coming from the exact spot I asked them not to cut. They deny everything I called them to explain the situation, the lady referred it to the branch manager who had not seen photos or witnessed the dog and refused and denied it was them based on NO evidence seen. I then got this message from them after I said I would report them. Their words we " we not paying anything" so their interest is money not the pets. All my rights remain reserved Good Day ****** Please send us photo's of the lump to spa@twistedwhiskers.co.za for our vet to further evaluate and keep on record. I phoned Miway on the 2nd early advising thrm.i had transferred money in my.qrong account as my bank switched their accounts around without informing me. They said they would send me a link to pay and refused to give me their banking details or debit me. No link was sent to me. I'm trying to pay you and you keep threatening me on sms!! Read your emails and wattsapp as your service is not up to standard. Rights remain reserved
