Policy number TU206443 - Complaint about my policy number which lapsed before due date.
Good day Two Mountains,
You promised to share the outcome of your investigation yesterday and today is the 20th still no email recieved.
I believe the outcome is that you did not do a mistake on my policy to be elapsed cause sure what matters to you is for people to just make payment and keep them waiting another 6 months. What you doing is a day light *******.
You can elapse my policy before my due day and claim that it wasn't a mistake and I have to get a new policy number and wait against for another 6 months.
You do not care about your costumers, you are just ******s.
