Previous complain about Policy number TU206443 which ellapased before my payment due date
Good day Two Mountains
Is been 6 days now complained about my Policy number TU206443 that was elapsed due to your mistakes of mixing my payment dates and nothing happened as yet, instead I just received an sms that my policy number has been changed because I now have to wait for 6 months before I can claim.
I don't understand why are you too quick to do what benefits you instead of what benefits your customers.
My complain was simply. " My policy was elapsed yet my payment date was not due" what's so difficult to resolve this matter?
