Refund the amount that went off to the wrong merchandise! I didn’t authorise 2 payments to woolworth
I was doing my online payment and online purchase- the correct amount went off on the payment I wanted to make then I was now buying food paying with my tyme bank payment went off but to a wrong merchant and incorrect amount. I tried to log in an explain that money went off to the unauthorised merchant.poor customer service!
