Today I have received the worst customer service ever from a very rude lady at Mr Price maponya by the name of ANDISWA ANLAN she swore at me tell em I’m crazy after I have complained to her that I will not stand in another que when I have waited already for 15 minutes in the que when the till open for cash was vacant no 1 was using cash at that point - she humiliated me in front of my child with all the rudeness and insults! Gladis I should guess is the superior did nothing at that point with out frustrations waiting to pay with only two till opens and one used for cash
I bought 2 deboned from Ormonde branch , I always buy from the the chicken was off, colour of the chicken and to mention the smell, sies
i order food from my kfc app, my food was burnt, tasted burnt and smell burnt. i laid a complaint now the asking me pictures and that i should hav brought back the food how so when i ordered online? for my own convenience not to go to the store! i'm on hold with a very rude agent still holding to speak to a superior/ my case no: CAS-2678312-P2Q2F7
Placed an order on the 25th July got a message via Whatsapp that my order will be delivered on the 28th till date i called in last week and the lady i spoke to mimi i think said i must give it 2 days nothing was delivered, mind you everyday i get a message that my order will be delivered. today i called in and the lasi i spoke too assured me that my order will be delivered today my order is not here!!! ridiculous and partactic service my order number is -3000044074
I place an order Debonairs Maponya mall This is the worse pizza I’ve had It so dry- I can literally count the pieces of chicken I am so upset was looking forward to the pizza it’s so horrible- no creaminess just plan dry Angry customer Misleading- everything is just wrong with that pizza beside the delivery Frustrated!!
Good day all I would really appreciate it if I could be helped to get a refund and cancel the terms I have with the phone I took at Ackerman's connect! On the 29/03/25 went to Maponya mall at Ackerman's connect where I received the worst customer service ever from a guy named Ayanda. he was so rude, unprofessional, degrading, lying . So I was with my disabled brother whom I bought the phone for and Ayanda (if that's the correct name) was the one who was helping us, he got irritated over everything I mean everything . he complaint why we had to change the colour of the phone, why we not choosing a different phone when we had already said which phone we want that time nothing was processed as yet. this gave EMBARRASSED us in front of the customer everyone in the store was starting that's when I snapped and told him to hold it together - even her colleague Mandisa tried to talk to him TWICE he did not listen and went on being rude to us... Ok he told us that we need to pay a fee to get the phone I think it was 1200 and explained to us that we need to pay a fee of 400 something a month, understood! I moved for a second looking around for headset whiles busy talking with my brother mind you he was still unruly and very rude to us, I returned and made the payment and acknowledged the monthly term after paying he DISCLOSED than we need to pay an activation fee which we did not have or budgeted for, he mislead us. MISLEADING thats *****. i then asked why he is only telling us now he said he told my brother- I then ask Mandisa and why this guy is going this if he can he my brother is disabled and i was doing all the decisions and made the paid he just said he didn't see anything round and wanted to assist other customers then the young lady who works there told him what he did was wrong and another guy who also works at the store by the name of Nhlanhla intervened we had to wait so I can get the cash to active the phone worst service ever, I have received a call from the store manager she told me she stoke to the staff and they did inform her what has happened and that guy took advantage of my disabled brother and I think she did mentioned that she saw the footage (i stand corrected) she then told me an area manager will call me I keep missing the call and when you dial back I doesn't go through 0115288213 I have logged this on hello Peter, have not received anything via mail- I am fed up. I want my refund they can have the phone back , I demand my refund! BAD, FAILS,PATHETIC service- this matter is not yet resolved, no feedback i want this to be dealt with according that guy has no customer service skill and the Ackerman's connect is ruining the image of such big brands at SAMSUNG . I call FONEYAM and explained the situation and that i have a pending case stoke to SHARDE on 086900900 she took everything down and advised that I write an email CAN SOMEONE BE IN TOUCH - solve this problem- ACKERMANS CONNECT is this how you take advantage of HANDICAPPED people? and why are you taking so long to solve this problem I WANT MY REFUND BACK 0840734565 Dudu
I would like to the this opportunity to tank the staff at the Fourways Gstar store- I always get the best and perfect customer service, they make sure I always leave the store home, I can I I literally live there because I’m always there- my second home. Staff are always happy and pleased to assist they upsell, recommend and do an extra mile to see the customer happy Thank you to the Team- Mihali, Siyabonga and Thabiso I hope I got the names correct excellent combo-team work !I got the service from this evening- the manager who was in change Happy and satisfied customer
i was mislead in buying a contract phone, a very rude guy from ACKERMANS CONNECT MAPONYA MALL gave me and my brother the WORST service ever, he was not only unprofessional but he also embarrassed that in front of other customers. visited the store 29/03/25 to get some help with replacing my store card thats when we decided to get phone- I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service we have received, even when a sweet lady by mandisa tried to step in that guy went on- i actually forgot this name thats how upset i am, ive been trying too call the store to get his name- no luck . number just disconnects! i want this to be dealt with accordingly that guy is not start in dealing with customers- he belittled us and deemed our image. and why did he not tell us all the cost involve, we had to use our transport money to pay for the hidden fee after paying the amount he told us about!
