Once again for the second time in as many months I have been left embarrassed in a retail shop when my Tyme bank card was declined. I checked my balance and the money was available so I drove to a ATM to draw money and that was declined too. I can't even use my banking app either. When contacting customer care O was told "we are experiencing a technical problems" well Tyme bank you are becoming one big technical error after another. I closed my account.
