Unreasonable delay in my insurance claim payout
I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from Ubuntu life it's been over 9 days since I submitted my claim and despite being told told that the payout will be processed within 72 hours I followed up multiple times yet there is no clear feedback I trusted Ubuntu life in a time of need but this experience has left me frustrated and questioning their reliability
