Bad Work Ethic

<p>A couple of weeks ago we went to the Ucan Outlet in Westgate to request a quotation and was greeted by Tshepo who is the consultant there. He said that he can come do the measurements of the kitchen in order to generate a quotation for us for a non-refundable R250, he said that this is due to the fact that he needs to ensure that there will be no measurement problems. Not knowing about cupboard making we paid him the money. we also had to fetch him from the Taxi rank as he did not have a car to get to our premises. </p> <p> </p> <p>once the material arrived, the builder realised that the pieces did not fit so well together and that their glasses on the cabinets were not there. which Tshepo failed to inform us that we would need to purchase separately over and above the R36 000 I spent on the material. Some of the cupboards did not fit to the end of the wall. some of the cupboards overlap to the end of the wall. The builder has done his best to cover Tshepo’ s mess however this has been financially straining to myself and my mother. There are two cupboards that are completely of no use and the other does not fit in the space that he designed it to. </p> <p>When we asked him to replace the damaged product he tells me that it will be financially costly to him...</p>
