We placed the order on the 3rd of December, and delivery was expected on the 11th. Sound great, right? WRONG, it is now the 17th and we are STILL WAITING for this delivery. The call centre contact is not much help with providing useful and reliable information. and we can never get hold of the despatch department, or the elusive CHRIS. This is probably 1of the worst online sales service and delivery platform. This is the most unsatisfying and unprofessional service ever. I would not recommend anyone to use this company if this is the level of service. UCAN has a lot of upskilling and changes to do in order to be at all at a level that is expected from the community it serves.
