I truly cannot being to express my dissatisfaction with Telkom. They added on a yellow pages subcriptions I never asked for, billed me for 3 mths of it, and when I request the cancellation and credits i have to wait now going over a month, they add further insult BY SUSPENDING my account because what I DID NOT ASK for was not paid. and NOW I HAVE TO SETTLE THE ARREARS to get reconnected and a LATER TIME WHEN they reconcile the account, they will refund me. I HATE THEM. I really cannot stand them any longer. this is ******* and it is unbelievable how easy it is for TELKOM to ***** and be allowed to ***** from consumers. DISGUSTED by the ridiculousness of this. ROGUES and *******.
*******! I am being advertised and billed inthe yellow pages without consent, and WORSE I am being charged R600 a month for this ridiculous subscription - WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORISE. I wish I could get the heads of Telkom charged for theft and *****.
The WORST call centre in recent times, with the most unhelpful staff. who gets annoyed with the customers when they cannot action what is being requested. Additionally, they cut the call as soon as you tell them you want to cancel the contract. 1 of the biggest ******* in the industry right now, as I have tried to cancel this contract for 5 months now and they keep billing me and not action my request to cancel.
The unwanted calls from the sales agents are the worst. BUT when I have logged a business call for a sale and to date (a week) NO CALL BACK. And no-one that I have called on 10213 or 081180 is able to help. it is almost as though Telkom is saying We don't care about you, we don't want more business!!! They are such a painful business to have to deal with.
We are being penalised for the department issues on the billing system and no one can give answers when the issue will be resolved or when the credits on the account will be passed.
We placed the order on the 3rd of December, and delivery was expected on the 11th. Sound great, right? WRONG, it is now the 17th and we are STILL WAITING for this delivery. The call centre contact is not much help with providing useful and reliable information. and we can never get hold of the despatch department, or the elusive CHRIS. This is probably 1of the worst online sales service and delivery platform. This is the most unsatisfying and unprofessional service ever. I would not recommend anyone to use this company if this is the level of service. UCAN has a lot of upskilling and changes to do in order to be at all at a level that is expected from the community it serves.
I have had my TV collected for repair by provider GH Appliances, and it is appalling, it has been months and I still do not have the TV back, or the refund processed. It is a though my TV has been ******. the ******* - GH Appliances, and complicit is this crime is Game Stores. The provider, GH Appliances never returns calls, never does what they say they will do, and I hope Game Stores take away all their contracts with GH Appliances for giving Games Stores such a terrible name in this whole thing. Pathetic and GH Appliances deserves to be handed ******** charges for *****ing and not honoring their deal with Games Stores.

Compliments for Jane Setshedi at OUTsurance. you are a star. Thank you for helping us and making every effort to give us great customer service. I wish all service providers could take a page out of the OUTsurance manuals, as they are doing things right. WELL DONE JANE
Lack of communication, not getting the job done, making promises and failing, not able to get workers in to honour the job card. FULLY useless. Assessors all talk and no action. Customer is being ignored. No care. No service. USELESS
