Uhq Pmb disgusting service

Hi I bought perfume from your pmb branch only to find out its an after shave. I took it back a day later and I'm told that you guys won't assist me with a swap for a perfume????? Like what the hell??? Telling me about no returns for perfumes due to Covid?? I went through all your terms and conditions and nothing is on them about not allowing returns. I left the slip and the item at the store. Iv never been so disgusted about a store.
