I have went to the UIF, offices in Alberton, on 16 May 2025 and stood in the que for more than 2 hours, eventually I went inside only to find out that they were having system issues and the gentleman informed me and the others that we need to hand our forms with all information filled and that he will load it onto the system when they back online and no payment received. Today 30 May 2025 I went in to enquire why I have not received my payment as it should have been done within 7 days of signing and handing in the forms, only to find out that my information was not loaded onto the system, the gentleman helped me to.complete the forms and uploaded it on the system which I feel is unfair and frustrating, I have bills to.pay and the gentleman who helped me on the 16 May 2025 was present and I asked him what had happened as he waz to.upload them he then said he had to give it the relevant department, why did he take it initially stating he was helping them and will load onto the system now plenty of stories. Alberton UIF always has some or the other stories and this happens all the time. Now they say we must go online and register, when we do that the online system states banking details incorrect when all along I use the very same banking details. Some of them at the Alberton UIF are so *********** and take their own time to assist. I am terribly disappointed as I have bills to pay,... REALLY PATHETIC EXCUSES, not accepted. Please have a look into this matter.as this is our money due to us. Highly appreciated. Much thanks. Vadie
