Dear Uitkyk Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your online platform, specifically with the quality of fruits and vegetables delivered to me. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with your service.
The recent delivery was subpar, with items that appeared to be rejected or of inferior quality. I am concerned that your team may be packaging and delivering items that do not meet the standard which i need to discarded/throw away items received same day due to the quality which seems wasteful and unacceptable, especially in the current economic.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and review your quality control processes to ensure that customers receive fresh and high-quality produce.
