ATM Partial Payout - CashSend showing as Redeemed. I went to Capitec ATM to withdraw cash send however I received partial of the cash sent however it shows as redeemed. This is so annoying and disturbing as this happens for the second if not third time with them failing to assist. Loosing money due to their faulty ATM or service and them failing to resolve is so frustrating. I called in and there’s nothing that can be done according to them. Even worse there wasn’t any Ref number provided for the complaint raised today. I think the best solution would be closing my account with them, I can’t continuously be dissatisfied.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Al****. After placing an order for materials, it took nearly almost four weeks for delivery despite numerous follow-ups on my part. When the delivery was eventually made, several items were damaged. To his credit, the driver was transparent and promptly sent photographic evidence, confirming that the damage had been reported internally. Regrettably, since then I have been passed from one contact to another with no resolution. My calls are no longer being answered, and to date, I have still not received the outstanding items. This level of service is entirely unacceptable and has completely overshadowed what would otherwise have been considered reasonable pricing. Customers choose suppliers not only based on cost, but on reliability, accountability, and respect. We selected Al**** over other established and reliable suppliers, yet this experience has demonstrated a clear disregard for customer value. Such treatment inevitably drives clients to take their support elsewhere, where they are recognised and respected. This has been, without question, the poorest service I have encountered, and it has left me profoundly disappointed.
Bought meals from McDonald's Silverton Pretoria, I am not sure if they taking advantage that we are buying from 3rd party Uber eats, I am saying this because this happens for the 2nd time if not 3rd. My ice Caramel and Vanilla Iced coffee the worst, I think they just poured cold water a bit of milk and little coffee cause it is soo tasteless, I don't even want to mention the spicy fries. I now remembered why I discontinued buying McDonald's, the worst.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with your service. The recent delivery was subpar, with items that appeared to be rejected or of inferior quality. I am concerned that your team may be packaging and delivering items that do not meet the standard which i need to discarded/throw away items received same day due to the quality which seems wasteful and unacceptable, especially in the current economic. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and review your quality control processes to ensure that customers receive fresh and high-quality produce.
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the recent experience I have had with the Milpark examination process, I had to rewrite my exam due to the assertion that the Proctorio process was not followed. Despite my efforts in the rewrite, I received a fail, and upon requesting a remark, I was informed that my script had been overlooked and that marks could not be changed. This decision led to the cancellation of my remark request.Most disheartening is the demand for me to fully register for the module again. This situation has caused me significant frustration and confusion. I believed that my request for a remark, for which I was willing to pay, would be considered, especially since I feel confident about the content I submitted in my exam.It is disheartening to feel that my concerns have not been understood or taken seriously. Am reporting this matter for the second time here o hello Peter as I cannot stand being harassed by VVM on behalf of Vodacom, I had a contract with Vodacom which I was told am handed over to attorneys ok VVM debt collector's contacted me and immediately after the call I made a transfer to the account details I was provided and even send through proof, however I have been receiving calls stating that my account is on areas, I also contacted Vodacom to get this info and was bluntly told that they cannot help as the account was handed over. I am still being contacted by VVM again . Today I was AGAIN contacted by VVM which is getting so irritating as this affect my personal profile with the company am working for as no bad credit record is not permitted. Vodacom is as much disgusting as their attorneys as they fail to intervene in such matter 🙄 😡😡
VVM on behalf on vodacom I am absolutely disgusted in VVM services. i was contacted to be advised that my vodacom account is in arrears an i needed to make payment, cooperated and did the payment on the sameday actually it was outstanding fee to close off the account as am working for financial institution and such reflect bad on ones name, it has been 2 bad months account still active when i call in am taken from pillar to post i have been asked to send proof of payment which i did i even lost count, Worst experience ever. 😡. It's been days of trying and it seems like no one knows how to help, my case has been handled by Adolphus Sebolai who is said to be the team leader which i doubt base on the experience with him.
