Frauds agents Ultimate Letting now called (Keller Williams) KW Southern Africa
This Agent is fraudulent, They take other people sweat earned money and never pay them back, now the have open a new scammer urgent called (Keller Williams) KW Southern Africa, This white thug called Sharon Jordaan is the leader of this scammer ,after looting your money she will ignore or blocks your calls, Please be aware of them and do not do any business with them otherwise you will regret, this is from the experience in 2021. Non-payment of deposit
The worst agency I have ever dealt with. It's almost 2 months after I've moved out, and I haven't received my deposit. They just won't respond. Also, they once told the landlord that I haven't paid my rent because they didn't want to pay him.

Worst Rental Agency EVER!! :(
NEVER EVER use this company. I own a unit in Midrand and letting it out to tenants, ultimate letting was the agency that i gave a contract to but i regret it. They never pay owners their portion of money! When they eventually do, the pay a plum sum that is short!!! Never pay on time and i have used them for over a year now. Complained and threatened the owner from the previous contract and she promised it will never happen again, then again, second tenant to move in... they continue to do the exact same thing!! You will regret it if you use this company.

NEVER EVER use this company. I own a unit in Midrand and letting it out to tenants, ultimate letting was the agency that i gave a contract to but i regret it. ULTIMATE LETTING IN MIDRAND IS NOT PAYING RENTAL MONEY
We haven't received rent that was supposed to have been paid on the 07 of every month for a unit we are renting out in Noordwyk, Midrand. I kept calling their office as well as the owner called Sharon who makes empty promises. It seems like something is fishy. Now when you call their Midrand office is routed to her cellphone and she is not taking calls. She always promised to call me back and she never does. Something is wrong here. Why are they not paying our rental money?

These Guys are Thugs and Dishonest CROOKS
<p>I cancelled my rental agreement even before setting foot on the premises that i was supposed to rent. This was after paying for the first month's rent, deposit and some administration fees totalling to approximately R25,000. I had to cancel the arrangement due to circustances beyond my control.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have not responded to any of my emails for over a month. I have received no money back, even after the landlord managed to get a tenant for that month that i was supposed to occupy the premises. They told me that the landlord hadn't managed to get a tenant but this was all lies as the agent had conformed to me that this was otherwise. </p> <p> </p> <p>So they basically took my money and are now silent, no response to my e-mails. R25,000 gone JUST LIKE THAT......****** CROOKS and LIARS. This is no way to treat people and i will definitely not rest until i get reimbursed. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I also have a terrible experience with Ultimate Letting. They are supposed to be managing my property but I seem to be managing them. Even if tenants pay I never get paid until I called them. Sometimes the tenant would pay but they would not know until they investigate it after I enquire. Lately I am getting no payments and no feedback from them regardless of my mails and phone calls to them and regardless of the possibility that the tenants have paid. They always say they will investigate and call me back which never happens. It is scary that the tenants claim they are now scared to deposit money to them as they have noticed that I am not getting the payments. Even after advising them of this and demanding that they sort this situation out with the tenant as I don't want to meddle in their contract I have gotten no feedback from them. Again the frustration is that I don't stay in Gauteng and cannot easily go and knock on their door which is the reason I opted to use an agent, a decision that I now greatly regret.
