Beautiful place
Spent mother’s day weekend there. The rooms are beautiful, staff is friendly, great food and the spa was absolutely worth it. I’d definitely visit again

Dishonest
This company was never honest with me in the first place. The consultant said they will negotiate lower interest without extending the term of my agreements. When statements from creditors came, my repayment terms were increased by 2 years.

Request to remove deceased member
Bonitas is putting my sister through a lot of pain. Her son passed away in May, and she requested that they remove him from the medical aid. Even today, they haven't removed him and they are still deducting money for her late son. She has sent all the documents they requested, but whenever she queries about the status of the request, they ask her to resend her late son's death certificate. She has been sending those documents many times, but it's September now, and they still haven't assisted. They really don't know how painful it is for her to keep seeing and sending her son's death certificate. They don't care because it's not happening to them! They only care about making a profit from people's pain.

Non-payment of deposit
The worst agency I have ever dealt with. It's almost 2 months after I've moved out, and I haven't received my deposit. They just won't respond. Also, they once told the landlord that I haven't paid my rent because they didn't want to pay him.

Great service. Just ordered a personalized gift, entered an incorrect delivery date I was assisted very quickly.

Parcel stuck in clearance
They ask for supporting documents and NEVER get back to you. Called again today only to be told that they require an additional document. Response times are very bad.
