Ultra pet can't make good on their own terms given

I have been logging purchases on the ultra plus site. I was offered a buy one get one free bag of kitten food. One of the options was that if you buy ultra pet products online you could complete the form and send it to support@ult*****t.co.za and they would send a unique code back. I did exactly as instructed and they rep**** with "this is only offered in stores". So basically they refuse to make good on exactly what their forms say they would. Disgusting customer service!
