Awful experience!
Bad installation. They would not take responsibility. Took them almost 3 months to get reason why it was not performing. I had to get a second opinion to find out the the installation was done incorrectly. The front of the inverter Pool Heater could not be facing a wall that is 0.5m in front. This is not an opinion, I have the photos of before and after. I also organized the installation manual, and the minimum requirements needed for these type devices to be efficient .....were not met in the installation by a huge difference. This experience left me bitterly disappointed and cost me extra money. When i stated my argument, I found that all they did was try blame other factors and not honest at all.

14 Feb 2022, 12:45Our installation was not installed wrong, a lot of factors went in to install the unit in the way that we did. If we installed the Unit the way the client wanted to, you wont be able to gain access to the keypad to set the unit, and you wont be able to service the unit, as you wont be able to open the unit. The client has a 0.35KW Pool pump that is not circulating the volume off water as per the specs. Client argues with us every time we mention the problem. We have been to his property, we did all tests, pool temps where 30 degrees and more on every test. We even showed his wife what the problems were, pool filter clogged, pool weir full of leaves, no pressure on pool pump. We have all photos as proof that the heat pump works to its full capacity. We even told the client we can put ducting on the heat pump to show him the air wont make a difference, client did not want to do this test. We did all we could, but client does not want to listen, he keeps reading what other people say on Google, as we do a lot of installations for big companies, We are 30 years in business, we have trained hundreds of pool companies on how to install heat pumps. Any one can gladly contact us, or the Heat pump supplier were we got the heat pump as client wanted this Specific make, and we can gladly supply all info. The Ultra Solar Team.

14 Feb 2022, 12:56i have access to the key pad. i also got assurance from the specialist at Pentair that specs of motor is ok. i got a second opinion and now its working... i could be telling this forum an opinion, its not. I have Proof of photos backing my disappointment.

14 Feb 2022, 13:04All photos from our side we can gladly supply, to proof heat pump was heating the water. As mentioned, client will argue continuously, even with proof to show there is nothing wrong with heat pump or installation. We install and maintain more than 60 swimming schools in Gauteng and Pretoria. All references from these swimming schools are living proof, that our heat pumps and installations are done 100% correct. Mr Luis, arguments wont carry on again here also. Have a good day. Thanks.
