not honoring of guarantee- ignoring customer communication

We have used Ultra sola for years, and found them to be quite reliable and professional- that is until we had them refurbish our pool and paint it with epoxy last year. The pool surface soon started to bubble. After contacting them, i was assured this was normal and would resolve. A year later, the bubbles started to blister and rub off. After multiple attempts to get them to come to our home, Gerald came and said that it was likely ground water etc, and that he would diagnose it further etc, our pool was still under warranty. That was a month ago. we have phoned, smssed and have been completely ignored.

I understand and have grace for things that do go wrong, but what i struggle to accept is a longstanding "reputable" family run company, that has amazing reviews online, not honoring their guarantee and completely ignoring customers.
