Hi ordered an inverter online, it arrived on 02 March. The same day I tried to log a return, as what was advertised and what I got did not meet my requirements. After an extensive search, phoning their customer careline- which didn't answer, I eventually found an RMA email. They took over 10 days to organize a pick up. After emailing back and forward with Happy Maphanga, so there is an email thread, the last straw for me is that after enquiring about my refund 20 DAYS later they email back saying my delivery is on its way!!!! According to the one person we manage to contact, because our item was returned 10 days after invoice they cannot refund it (I literally logged a return on the day I received it). Cannot begin to imagine how many credit act laws this breaks. I will NEVER reccomend this company to anyone. On the phone again for the last 30 minutes and still getting shoved from pillar to post. Save yourselves the agony, and do not purchase anything online from this company.
Placed an online order more 3 weeks ago, as i javd COVID. Firstly, delivery delayed-1,5 weeks when it came- half the order missing. Phoned the branch three times, took 5 days to review camera footage, before getting back to me. Asked that it be delivered before i went away, they did not. Instead deivered when i wasnt there, spoke to delivery guy asked him to tell branch not to send it- we are away. Another notification of them delivering again when we are not there. Call centre takes a long time to get through, at mercy of the branch. Emailed careline, they took 1,5 weeks to reply. No practical recourse to follow up orders.
Same company as PERK bras a few weeks ago, now under a different company name, it's a SCAM
I placed an online purchase from them 12 days ago, absolute radio silence since. Reached out on FB, comments disabled, starting to think they are a scam???
We have used Ultra sola for years, and found them to be quite reliable and professional- that is until we had them refurbish our pool and paint it with epoxy last year. The pool surface soon started to bubble. After contacting them, i was assured this was normal and would resolve. A year later, the bubbles started to blister and rub off. After multiple attempts to get them to come to our home, Gerald came and said that it was likely ground water etc, and that he would diagnose it further etc, our pool was still under warranty. That was a month ago. we have phoned, smssed and have been completely ignored. I understand and have grace for things that do go wrong, but what i struggle to accept is a longstanding "reputable" family run company, that has amazing reviews online, not honoring their guarantee and completely ignoring customers. Very very dishonoring
We have successfully used Ultra Solar in the past and were very happy with their service. That is until we used them last year to paint our pool with epoxy. The pool surface bubbled soon after and after discussing with them they assured me it was normal and would resolve. 1 year later the bubbles where worse and the paint flaking off. After repeated attempts at communication, Gerald came briefly looked at our pool and said he would try diagnosing the problem etc. that was the end of it. Further communication went by unanswered. Attempts to get a copy of our guarantee (which was 2yrs for the pool paint) was also ignored. At a loss of what to now do.
