Umhlanga Cabanas Special Levy

We normally have lovely holidays at this resort. However this year the special levies raised at the AGM leaves a bitter taste. The normal levy is around R7k, but this year they raised another special levy on top of that to the tune of R16k, which became payable in January 2023. Questions to get explanations simply go unanswered and then I receive a threat from their attorneys to pay immediately, or will be blacklisted.

I wonder if other timeshare holders share my frustration?
