This company should be avoided at all cost. Their marketing is exaggerated. They don’t have access to near the numbers of channels, movies or series they state on their marketing brochure. They state highly satisfied clients, but there is no platform on which reviews can be made. The service is simply non-existent. Their support website is managed by bots (all called Jose) and you have no chance to get a call resolved. Requests to speak to a supervisor are just ignored. The service buffers excessively to the extent that viewing a channel is impossible.
We normally have lovely holidays at this resort. However this year the special levies raised at the AGM leaves a bitter taste. The normal levy is around R7k, but this year they raised another special levy on top of that to the tune of R16k, which became payable in January 2023. Questions to get explanations simply go unanswered and then I receive a threat from their attorneys to pay immediately, or will be blacklisted. I wonder if other timeshare holders share my frustration?
