Paid for this service ans stare at a black screen 95% of the time. The 24/7 whatsapp service is *******. I keep getting the same answer " our technical team are working on it"... I don't think the technical team even exist. When I ask for a refund, I get no response. They are a bunch of ****mers. Stay as far away from them as possible!!!!! I just want my money back!!!!!!!!

WARNING!! Do not waste your time or money on this "service provider" and here is why 1. Content not avialable for SA region for 3 Months now 2. UK content in the allocated channels for SA Region 3. Call centre whatsapp is based in India +35 country code 4. First excuse was content providers (assuming DSTV, SABC, ETV) have not updated from theier side 5. Second excuse was change player, when asked to recommend simply told search for a compatible player. Inititaily XCIPTV player was highly recommended 6. Third excuse......our technical team will look into this. 7. When I asked what happens to the period I could not view the correct local (SA) content which was the reason I had purchased a 12 month upfront subscription paid in full, would at least recieve an extended subscrition to compensate for the above.........still waiting for a response PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE IT A TOTAL WASTE OF DATA AND MONEY

Worst media service ever! Everything buffers. Some material is on, other of the same series is not. They don't get back to you. And when they do it's always: uninstall and reinstall. And it doesn't solve the problem. Lists are incorrect. Basic content doesn't even stream! Aaaargh.

This company is *****ulent one, and now I have found out, *******. They charged a monthly package for DSTV via streaming. It worked for about a month. They sell themselves as the best in IPTV, in South Africa but I have only been having trouble from the start. It kept on lagging, they said to upgrade my internet line, I upgraded to a 100mb/s line and now its still not working. And this has been more than a month now. And when you confront them they tell you they are working on it and that the signal problem is from DSTV's side. So I went and did some digging. This company is totally *******. IPTV is *****ing DSTV channels via some routing and reselling it as a streaming product to customers. This is a **** people, this is all *******. And they are the first to let you know you cant get your money back and that there is only a 30 day refund policy. And that you shouldnt get rude with them. Well now Im gonna flag them at the bank so any credit card transactions to this company is stopped before it even happens.

This company should be avoided at all cost. Their marketing is exaggerated. They don’t have access to near the numbers of channels, movies or series they state on their marketing brochure. They state highly satisfied clients, but there is no platform on which reviews can be made. The service is simply non-existent. Their support website is managed by bots (all called Jose) and you have no chance to get a call resolved. Requests to speak to a supervisor are just ignored. The service buffers excessively to the extent that viewing a channel is impossible.
