Initially they were very goof and responded to problems and requests. Now you have to struggle for more than 2 days to get a reaction if you are lucky.
Cell C has the worst customer service, I have written emails to customer service, with no reply. I cancelled an upgrade and sent phone back because of wrong information given to me. What a mission to find out if the contract has been cancelled . I het 3 different ref numbers. What a chaos!@!!
Since 4 Feb 2023 I have been in contact with Multichoice regarding problems with streaming. Whenever you change the channel you get a error message - sorry there is a problem - either too many streaming or streaming error - try again. Which usually works. I have confirmed with them my TV Model , fibre speed ( both accepted). Every time my query is escalated but with feedback only in one occasion. Their chat bot recommended a new TV!!I In the meantime I bought a Android TV Box - now we get black screen when trying to open DSTV. All software updated. Their customer service us non existant.
