Hi Iam so concern about your staff in the water department and Electricity Department, Howick, the way they conduct themselves, they are so rude you need to do something, communication skills and Customer Care is needed. <br> <br> We went there several times with my husband regards to some issues we have about the services, the lady we met at the water department on the 21 st of October 2015 did want to listen to us, attitude and rude, first she said \the security did not tell you that we offline"? Are you not receiving letters? Raising her voice as if she speaking to her children <br> <br> Some of the issues we have are the meter readings water"
