I booked appoint online for flu injection last week, the appointment was for the 5th May 2020 at 09h00 in KZN Howick, I got there at 8h45. Waited until 09h20 then asked if the clinic nurse was coming, the answer was maybe she is late. Ok fine I decide to wait for 10 minutes more. When she arrived, she just passed me sitting next to the door. She got in. she just said how can help, then I said I have appoint with you, It was supposed to be at 09h00. She said what for? I: flu injection. She said it is finished (out of stock). No sorry Iam late, nothing, and then I said to her this is not fair, you did not even call to tell me that there is no stock. She said you did not book with me, you did on line. She showed me her book for appointments. My understanding was it supposed to be connection with their system. She needs to work on her attitude. You cannot tell me that if there is a system then there are bookings, you do not care about those bookings? I told her that I will complain and she started to say sorry that they are out of stock. I ordered a phone from FONECHOICE on 4th of October and I got an SMS at 06: 23 AM /on the 6th of October telling me that my phone dispatched. Then I got a call from the courier company telling that my parcel is on the way they need direction, which I gave it to. The following day I just whatsup the number to double check if they are struggling to get the place, the person told me that they were stacked in traffic and they will arrange sometime other day to deliver. The week past, no delivery that was last week on Wednesday, I thought maybe they would deliver on weekend but it did happen. This morning the person called apologizing and he ask me if I can go to Howick to collect my delivery then I said no iam not in KZN at the moment iam in Gauteng, then ask why should I go to Howick I if I gave them my Mpophomeni physical address. I will be doing him a favor. I called, FONED CHOICE to cancel the order. Few minutes later. I go a message from the courier company saying that were unable to delivery because I was not at home. My question is I was at home all these days, but they were unable to do that what changes now? Hi I’ve been trying to activate the pin for my land line. I called Telkom from the 19th of September 2018 till today no one knows how to help me. I called the Service department on 10210 they referred me to Sales Department on 10213. The other lady said I must dial *35# which I did but it did not work. The worse day that i had yesterday. I tried again same story refereed to Service department on 10210 then I hold for 30 minutes before I got someone then asked to speak to the Manager he said no He cannot transferee me without knowing why? I told him but he also did not help instead he put me on hold. He came back after 15 minutes he said I must get a pen and paper then he put me on hold for 20 minutes then after that I have to end a call because clearly there is no more customer service at Telkom. Hi I went to Pep Crlton Centre on the 28 April 2017, and Sibongiseni one of the cashier was very rude with bad attitude. I asked her to pay my Capfin loan using ID becuase i did have account and reference on that time. She siad to i must not come there and force to pay, i need to call Capfin and then come back, then i said to her but this is not the first time i will be using the Id, then she siad please go where you use Id to pay here we do not use ID numbers, then there was also a second lady (cashier) there were both shouting at me. I decide to go before i went i told them i will report Sibongiseni To Sibiongisen you need to know that you are what you are because of customers, treat like Gold To the Calrton Center Pep Manager, you need to provide cashiers with customer s****s especially in he Money Market Department, because not far away from Carlton Center there is Pecell store and i went there asked the very same sotry the guy was so nice and polite, he said mam we can try with your ID, then we will take from there, we tried, guess what? We managed to pay without drama
I emailed them inquiring about the registration process for my daughter who is 4 years Old and they responded saying that they do take children from 4 years . I should come to school to fill in the forms and bring the documents that are required to register. I paid the registration fee and school fees and my daughter was admitted as a grade R student, 1 week later they called and said she is still young for grade R I have to immediately remove her at school and look for another school which I did and I wanted my money back which I was refunded but I felt that they are hurt my feeling and my daughters feeling and wasted my time, THEY NOT PROFESSIONAL. ALL IN ALL, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING.
Hi Iam so concern about your staff in the water department and Electricity Department, Howick, the way they conduct themselves, they are so rude you need to do something, communication skills and Customer Care is needed. <br> <br> We went there several times with my husband regards to some issues we have about the services, the lady we met at the water department on the 21 st of October 2015 did want to listen to us, attitude and rude, first she said \the security did not tell you that we offline"? Are you not receiving letters? Raising her voice as if she speaking to her children <br> <br> Some of the issues we have are the meter readings water"
