I placed an online order on Tuesday evening and paid with my card, got a confirmation e-mail and was advised my order will be delivered between Wednesday, 24 July, and Friday, 26 July.
No delivery has taken place on Friday. As per their website my order has not yet been shipped. I e-mailed Wendy on Friday just to confirm if it is out on delivery but no response.
Whatsapped but no response.
Phoned the land line and the cellphone number BUT ofcourse the numbers are both off. Facebook messaged and eventhough shown online the whole day they don’t read the messages.
Facebook messaged the owner Mario, no response. I really do want URGENT feedback regarding what is going on with my order? This type of customer services will really make sure to never return as a customer.
Phoned this morning, all phones are still off. Sent another e-mail to Wendy and Mario.
I am utterly disappointed in how horrible your service has become from May month when I placed a big order to now.
I am a returning customer but I can’t see myself recommending you guys again or make use of you guys again.
I need an update urgently regarding the 2x sets of cufflinks I ordered!
