Tried phoning the help line to trace my package but no one answers the line. I unfortunately kost my tracking number but I can give all of the other information. Address, phone numbers, details of person sending it, details of person receiving it but no one answers the help line. This is an extremely special parcel going from Scotland to Amsterdam and it was handed in at the post office on 15 June 2024 and the recipient has not received it yet.
Ordered a Fathersday gift for my dad on Wednesday evening and it's already been delivered beautifully already. Really made my dad so happy since I'm so far from home and will spend our forst fatherday apart.
Not too happy with the overall service we received from them. We had to keep following up on alot of things. Received 1 screenshot of how the paid add is doing on Facebook. No feedback was received weekly like advised on how many people viewed property online. There was just no rush to do anything - we had to keep telling them we are in a hurry to sell due to moving abroad. When we saw them the first time we were told that Eugene will be out of the country for 2 weeks and we'll deal with Elmari for the first bit but it ended up that Eugene never handled our sale until it was already sold and with the lawyers. When we also asked if our price we want to go in with is fine they said it is and that we should get it easily but then within a week Elmari asked to lower price, so I think this is quite the trend for them to keep lowering price, she asked me a week after lowering the price to look at lowering again and we refused. Also looked into their other properties that they have listed and all has been reduced so I would rather look elsewhere for an agent to sell your place. Also needed to follow up a few times on when the COC will be done. Eugene became very pushy on getting the keys from us after we left the country, even phoned my mother without concent to try and get the keys from her when we specifically told him keys will be given once the place is registered in the jew owner's name. Overall I would not recommend them when it comes to selling a property.
I emailed Teljoy on 22 April 2024 requesting a return of an item on a specific day. On 23 April 2024 I received confirmation it has been booked. On 2nd of May 2024 I phoned the customer care line at around 11:20 to find out where the driver is as ai asked on 22 April 2024 that collection is done before 12. I received a sms the morning of the 2nd of May 2024: As per your notification we will collect the Teljoy equipment on the requested date. Our Teljoy team will contact you to co-ordinate the collection. The agent on the phone did not take any of my details bit told me she will call me back. At 11:40 I phoned again and spoke to a Audrey, she took all my details and said she will phone the driver, call dropped and I phoned back, she advised the driver is not answering. I told Audrey it needs to be collexted urgently or I will leave the item on the side of tge road (at this stage very frustrated already). To this day - no collection, no response to my emails, no return call.
Simphiwe Nkaletsi helped us every step of tge way to get all done for the process. Very quick to reply on email and very helpful.
I placed an online order on Tuesday evening and paid with my card, got a confirmation e-mail and was advised my order will be delivered between Wednesday, 24 July, and Friday, 26 July. No delivery has taken place on Friday. As per their website my order has not yet been shipped. I e-mailed Wendy on Friday just to confirm if it is out on delivery but no response. Whatsapped but no response. Phoned the land line and the cellphone number BUT ofcourse the numbers are both off. Facebook messaged and eventhough shown online the whole day they don’t read the messages. Facebook messaged the owner Mario, no response. I really do want URGENT feedback regarding what is going on with my order? This type of customer services will really make sure to never return as a customer. Phoned this morning, all phones are still off. Sent another e-mail to Wendy and Mario. I am utterly disappointed in how horrible your service has become from May month when I placed a big order to now. I am a returning customer but I can’t see myself recommending you guys again or make use of you guys again. I need an update urgently regarding the 2x sets of cufflinks I ordered!
