I ordered electronic items online via Unihobbies. I was annoyed but stayed patient when Unihobbies informed me that they didn't have everything in stock. Surely you put only the items in stock up for sale?<br> I was prepared to wait until end of January for the items to be delivered. The 30 of January was there last email from the Director, promising to delivery. Today 10/03/2016 am I still without any back orders parts or any refunds.<br> I requested clearly that 30 January is the cut-off date for delivery, thereafter must they refund.<br> I am still waiting for them to respond. My next step will be legal action or money recover steps.<br> I am flabbergasted by this unprofessional service from Unihobbies. I will not recommend them to any person.
