It is with regret that I need to report the very poor service rendered by Zizipho at the Checker Uniq Fourways Mall retail shop. During or about Spetember 2025 I purchased a men's knitted collar shirt in the sum of about R 400. After the first hand wash a hole appeared at the base of the button part of the collar. Today 10th October 2025 I approached the Manager at the Fourways Mall Shop and her response to me was dismal. Instead of offering a recourse and a solution to resolve the problem Zizipho demanded the receipt and rep**** that she cannot assist me herein at all. Her disposition was rude and aggressive and quite nasty. Zizipho additionally pursued a denigratory argument towards me and point blank refused to offer a resolve which goes against all the principles of store management and good customer service. Zizipho's attitude towards me was noted as nasty, unfriendly and disrespectful and she is definitely not an asset to the Checkers Group let alone poor management material.
