A Heartfelt Thank You for Exceptional Service and Support
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Cheryl and their amazing team for the outstanding support they provided me during a difficult situation on Monday, 25 Nov 2024. After my accident, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next, but the staff at Unique went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. From the moment I contacted them, I was met with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Shadley was especially wonderful, providing clear guidance and reassurance during an incredibly stressful time. Their prompt and attentive response made all the difference, and I truly felt that I was in good hands. I am so thankful for their dedication and kindness. Not only did they take the time to address all my concerns, but they also made sure everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, allowing me to focus on my recovery. The support I received from Unique was nothing short of exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you again to everyone involved. This place is amazing, my vehicle came back looking and driving like it's new. You guys did a great job, great communication and respect shown to clients. Excellent service
I would 100% recommend unique panel and spray in retreat. The staff is nice, especially Charmaine whom assisted from the beginning and made sure i was satisfoed. My car went in on a monday and i got my car friday that same week as per agreement. On the friday i called and was told that my car wont be readu due to unforseen repairs. I explained no-one made contact with me to inform me and i need my car as it is weekend. But it was all hands on deck and i got my car the friday. I am happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. Charmaine you are the best!! And to the unique staff who carried out the repair and made sure I got my car back on agreed day, thank you so much!! Your excellent service is much appreciated!!

Truly unique experience
Wow! I was so impressed when I saw my car. I’ve never had such a positive, professional experience and reaction to a service rendered. My car looked brand new from front to bumper to back bumper. From first walking in and speaking to the people in the office, who were all friendly and helpful, to the time I picked up my car. I was and still am impressed! A happy customer who will recommend this company anytime. Thank you Unique. A fitting name for a great company like yours.

A VERY GOOD JOB
I recently had a spray job done on my car. Firstly, Unique was the best quote, and I found the people friendly, helpful and they gave personal attention. Then, the spray work was excellent; I could find no fault. When I enquired about a small extension of the work, Unique found the part and gave me a good deal. I could certainly recommend Unique Spray and Panel in Tokai.
